How is Module delivered?

Its flat packed! We carefully pack your furniture piece for delivery by well-known and trusted delivery companies. Then they deliver it safely right to your front door.

 

How do you arrange delivery?

We work with quite a few delivery companies and choose who we are shipping with based on the details of your order or your address. Depending on the order size, we pick the delivery company that makes the most sense.

 

How long does delivery take?

Once your furniture is ready to ship, it should only take a few days to arrive at your door.

 

How will I know when my order is on the way?

 We will send an email confirming that your order has been shipped with a tracking number and expected date of delivery. You should also receive a text message or email from the carrier that your parcel has been collected from our warehouse. The text message contains a tracking link so you can follow your order. The carrier will provide a proposed date for the delivery, and you must confirm or change the date if required.


What happens if I am not at home at the time of delivery? 

 A delivery notice will be left in your letter box. You will find the telephone contact details of the delivery service so you can fix a date for a second delivery or get the address of the nearest pick-up point where you can collect your parcel.
